When you purchase our designs, BMT Micro will mail you the links to download the files as soon as your payment has been processed. All designs are sent in a zipped or compressed file and these need to be opened and extracted before your embroidery machine can recognize the design. We provide the designs in DAT - DST - HUS - JEF - PES - SEW - VIP - XXX formatted design files and depending on the files, may be available in individual files by format or with all formats in one file. If you have any problems with your order, please send an email to let us know as sometimes the notification email is delayed in getting to us from BMT Micro.
